SCREENING – We conduct an initial phone interview to gauge fit for our company, salary expectations, and the status of the candidate.

INITIAL INTERVIEW – If a candidate is successful post -screening, we then conduct a more detailed initial interview and recommendations presented to you in a recruitment report

IT SET UP​ We work with your IT to get your staff member set up ahead of them starting

PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING – Psychometric testing can be performed if required. This gives further comfort around the candidate’s skills and fit.

CONTRACT PREPARED ​We make an offer based on market knowledge and analysis from previous steps.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS– We complete background checks (including police checks) and collate all the required pre-employment information
